Trivia[]
The Kelp Forest biome is an aquatic biome filled with numerous Kelp stalks stretching from the ocean floor. The average sea-floor depth is 40, usual for an ocean floor in Minecraft. This was a very common ocean biome found near coral reefs and the Oceanic Abyss. It had gravel on its sea floor as well as more uncommonly, sand.
History[]
It is removed in 1.13.2 and 1.14.4, because vanilla Minecraft added kelp and dried kelp.
Tips[]
The best way to get around this biome is a boat, especially noting the fact that the boat cannot be hit or crashed into other blocks.
