Wild carrots are a food item that can only be found in the wild. There are no seeds that allow you to farm them. Wild carrots appear similar to farmed vanilla carrots when found. In the inventory, it appears as a bundle of white carrots. It heals 2 1/2 hunger, but deals Weakness for ten seconds. They can be used in the recipe for Veggie Salad. Wild carrots can be found in many biomes, including Jade Cliffs. However you are not able to farm wild carrots.yes.Wild carrots are though hard to find.
As of 1.9.4, wild carrots seem to have been removed. Veggie Salad is now made with a Turnip instead.
